Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Sybil Bull Ministries Inc., Sybil Bull Enterprise LLC, and Sybil Bull (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) via sybilbull.com or any related platforms, courses, or events. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (including but not limited to ebooks, downloadable resources, workbooks, and online courses), all sales are final. Once you gain access to a digital product, no refunds will be issued.
We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure the product meets your needs. If you have any questions prior to purchase, please contact info@sybilbull.com.
2. Online Courses & Programs
Refunds: Unless otherwise stated in the specific program terms, online courses and coaching programs are non-refundable once you have been granted access to course materials.
Exceptions: If a refund is explicitly offered for a program, eligibility will require written notice to info@sybilbull.com within the stated refund window (if any).
Transfers: In some cases, you may request to transfer your enrollment to another program of equal or lesser value, subject to our approval.
3. Live Events, Workshops, and Conferences
Cancellations by Participant:
If you cancel 30 days or more before the event start date, you may receive a refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
If you cancel less than 30 days before the event, no refund will be issued.
You may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the event.
Cancellations by Company:
If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit toward a future event.
4. Speaking Engagements & Consulting
All speaking engagement and consulting deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balances are due as stated in the signed agreement. If you cancel after the agreement is signed, any paid amount will be retained to cover preparation time and potential lost opportunities.
5. Subscription Services
If you enroll in a subscription or membership program:
You may cancel at any time by emailing info@sybilbull.com before your next billing date to avoid additional charges.
No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods.
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension of access to our products and services. We take payment disputes seriously and will provide documentation to our payment processor to dispute any unfounded claims.
7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@sybilbull.com and include:
Your full name
Order number
Product, service, or event purchased
Reason for your request
We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. The latest revision date will be posted at the top of this page.
