Background

Elder Sybil Bull is a national speaker, transformational leader, and certified wellness coach. She serves alongside her husband, Bishop Dwayne L. Bull, at Powerhouse Ministries in Delaware and is the mother of seven adult children.

Elder Bull is the Executive Director of women, business, community, and educational affairs at Powerhouse Ministries and the Smyrna Clayton Learning Center.  Serving as the Director, she oversees, mentors, teaches, and develops leaders, creates organizational mandates, procedures, and curriculum, and negotiates and facilitates the contracting of property and her staff.  She also supervises and organizes community outreach programs, such as seminars for financial freedom. Elder Bull is committed to empowering women and families and is passionate about touching lives and her community.

Elder Bull is called to the marketplace. She is the president and owner of Symphony Body Products, a luxury handcrafted skincare line, SHE Rules Enterprise, and Core Property Management Vice President. Elder Bull is a published author and hosts her blog and channel “Just Appetizers” —” Small Principles for  Life’s Big Hunger.”

She founded and innovated Sybil F. Bull Ministries, Symphony Sisterhood, which focuses on and serves ministry wives. Elder Bull has created and hosted multiple initiatives, such as “SHE” speaks Cupcakes & Confessions and Wives Only, to provide a safe space as she equips, teaches, and guides women of all ages to birth their divine purpose.

Elder Sybil Bull has been called to fulfill the mandate of Isaiah 61—“to proclaim the good news,…bind up the brokenhearted, and proclaim freedom for the captives” to the nations.
